It is clear, we are in some very uncertain times, but what is certain is Jack’s Junk Removal won’t stop delivering our reliable service! We wanted to share with you some of the actions and precautions we are taking to ensure you feel safe when giving our company the opportunity to serve you. We want you to know that you can use our services with confidence & that we will continue to be here for you when you need us!

As we continue to navigate COVID-19, our team is taking the necessary steps to make sure this is a safe transaction for all. We have taken some precautionary measures to ensure the safety of not only you, but our teammates as well:

  • Our crew, as always is to maintain good hygiene, utilize protective equipment & frequently wash their hands
  • No employee is to work if they do not feel well
  • Our crew has been advised to maintain social distancing of customers by keeping a minimum of six feet distance
  • Payment will be accepted via credit card over the phone to avoid unnecessary contact

At this time, we are urging our customers to take the same measures we are to ensure this is a safe transaction all around. We understand the bulk of our customers request the full service, meaning they need assistance with removing the items from inside their unit or home. We will do what we can to help. We will take the necessary precautions and evaluate each situation as it comes.

We are strongly promoting curbside pick-up (at a discounted rate) and outdoor services. This includes but is not limited to:
